Born in Manhattan, raised primarily in Miami, and now residing in  Switzerland (and regularly exploring Europe), Elijah Lucio is an  atypical American teen with an international perspective on life, art,  culture and society. He has a joie de vivre when it comes to meeting  new people and learning about new places. Yet throughout his  travels, he’s maintained one constant – a steady perspective behind  the lens. There’s a sense of centeredness in his images, one that  defies a life of constant movement.

Raised by two creative parents, Elijah was encouraged from early  childhood to explore and develop his artistic passions, applications  and curiosity. He’s gone through scores of cameras, video devices  and YouTube profiles as he dedicated his free time to capturing and  editing moving images. He now wants to explore not just what goes  on behind and after the camera, but the entirety of the process of  delivering media to an audience. His career interest lies in becoming  a producer for film and television -- again, being that steady hand in  the midst of what can be a frenetic situation.

Elijah draws inspiration from films like The Thing (1982), Taxi Driver, and Isle of Dogs, as well as books like 1984Matterhorn, and Frankenstein (1818). The collision of science and art  into a unique narrative is what excites him, and he is exploring that  through his personal works and is looking to align himself with a  studio that creates fascinating and inventive ways of seeking truth  and uncovering the future.
