My Digital Portfolio.

My mother is a highly specialized woman and my dad refers to himself as a "Jack of all trades, master of none." Well their amalgamation of skills and talents made yours truly and instead of being highly specialized or skilled I just get highly excited and work on things like cities in Minecraft and 3D models of things. Not to discount my work in any way, just nailing me down to a single thing artistically is something I've even failed to do. Have yourself a look, you may just enjoy what you find!

Project 365
Project 356 is something I am personally curious of. The intention started off pretty simple, take 365 photos of myself, put them in a book, ask myself 80 questions with long answers and then repeat once in my thirties and once in my nineties, but as I've completed the photography part, I feel like I want to do more with it, 18-19 was such an important age for me and setting on one thing being enough for it seems kind of impossible to me. I think this is one of those moments in artistry I just have to stop worrying about what "could be" and just ship. The world needs to see me in black and white and featuring all my dark inquiry of life!
Sculpey modeling of ovomorph broken into two parts, outer shell, and egg inside.
Before baking, dotting was done on the outer shell as well as adding roots to the tile base.
Painting the interior of the baked model with acrylic proved to be a more difficult task. But once painting was completed and glossed, the result was excellent.

Polis
Hobby turned emotional outlet from 2017, Polis is a mock city made in Minecraft. It features hiking trails, models of real world monuments, seafood restaurants and a working economy, which is one of the most frustrating parts about it because every time I add a new feature the economy breaks and I have to close off the map to my friends. I'm planning on doing a video tour soon but for now it sits on my hard drive relatively unknown.
I got the idea for this from a city map my best friend Dylan made in his earlier years and something I made as a quick representation of the idea took on a life of its own and has seen me in my darkest days. It's also an interesting representation of my taste in architecture changing over time through my journey to Europe and inspiration from different media.
